How to use it.
It is quite easy to use. The User needs to create his account first by adding name, phone number ( mandatory) , email( optional) and location. Phone number is essential to log in. once registered the user will get an OTP on the registered Phone number, once number is verified the user will be able to log in and enter the home screen.
Here, the user can book the required vehicle for availing goods transportation services. One needs to choose the vehicle out of the list , choose Date and Location for which the service is required. Click on the Book button and you will get a pop up message indicating your request is sent and the company will contact you.
Once your booking request is received by the admin you will receive a call for confirming your requirements. Once the vehicle’s availability is confirmed by admin on the requested date and location , you will get the confirmation Notification and your desired vehicle is confirmed for that date. In case there is unavailability of the desired good Transportation vehicle you will be informed about the request cancellation too.
This is essentially a user friendly Platform where you can update your profile , Moreover you can call the Rate on Services too for any further queries.
